The existing educational system for specialists training, the effectiveness of which can be increased through planning and realization of action plan, including multiregion education projects is supposed to be taken as a basis of conception.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the possibility of creating a unified conception of human resources training for the travel industry, which could provide improvement of educational programs quality realization in educational institutions of travel industry.
