Установлено, что в зерне озимой ржи после воздействия на него высокой температуры и давления в водной среде происходит декстринизация крахмала, а именно амилопектина, до моносахаров в виде глюкозы, при этом по сравнению с исходным зерном содержание сахара увеличивается более чем в два раза. Выявлено, что замена дерти зерносмеси на гидролизат зерна озимой ржи в рационах привела сахаропротеиновое отношение к норме, что способствовало повышению молочной продуктивности коров, притом высокого качества. Использование гидролизата зерна озимой ржи в рационах коров за 12 месяцев дало в целом по ферме прибавку надоя на корову в 484 кг с содержанием массовой доли белка в молоке 3,0%, что выше по сравнению с передовой фермой за такой же промежуток времени на 522 кг. Замена дерти зерносмеси в рационах коров на гидролизат зерна озимой ржи не оказала негативного влияния на биохимичесий состав крови животных. Все показатели находились в пределах нормативных значений. Использование зерна ржи в рационах коров, в связи с более низкой его реализационной ценой, несмотря на дополнительные затраты при гидробаротермической обработке, привело к уменьшению затрат кормов по сравнению с дертью зерносмеси на 1 ц молока на 28,03 руб. Дополнительный доход по ферме Чалино в сравнении с фермой Степаново за год составил 353188 руб., что привело к снижению себестоимости молока на данной ферме на 8,44%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of production experience on hydrobarathernal treatment fall rye grain feeding are presented in the article. It is determined that ater high temperature and pressure impact on fall rye grain in aqueous media dextrinization of starch specifically amylopectin occurs to monosugar in the form of glucose, therewith, sugar content increases more than in twice in comparison with parent grain. It is revealed that replacement of milled corn grain mixture to fall rye grain hydrolyzate in rations brought sugar-protein proportion to norm which contributed to increasing of cows milk production, besides, of high quality. Using of fall rye grain hydrolyzate in cow rations for 12 months on the whole gave growth of milk yield in 484 kg per a cow with protein weight fraction content of 3,0%, that is higher on 522 kg for the same interval of time in comparison with the leading farm. Replacement of milled corn grain mixture on fall rye grain hydrolyzate in cow rations  did not negatively reflect on biochemical blood composition of animals. All indexes fell within the limits of standard values. Using of fall rye grain in cow rations on account of its lower selling price, despite on  extra charges during hydrobarathernal treatment, led to spending reduction of fodders on 1 centner of milk on 28,03 roubles in comparison with milled corn grain mixture.
