Чтобы не допустить этого, используются различные соединения, однако их биологическая доступность неодинакова. Кроме того, технологические свойства солей микроэлементов существенно влияют на качество премиксов и комбикормов. В процессе исследования установлено, что введение в рацион коров в период раздоя селенсодержащей кормовой добавки «Тетра+» в различной дозировке позволило повысить их молочную продуктивность, химический, биохимический составы и технологические свойства молока. Из полученных научных данных можно сделать вывод, что более высокой биологической полноценностью характеризовалось молоко коров, получавших с кормом добавку «Тетра+». Наиболее эффективной при этом оказалась дозировка добавки в количестве 80 г на 1 голову, что позволило влиять на качество молока и молочных продуктов путем корректировки кормового рациона лактирующих коров селенсодержащей добавкой «Тетра+».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There exists a deficiency or excess of the various elements, which leads to diseases, reduced productivity, fertility, deterioration of product quality and efficiency of feed use. To prevent this, it can be used a variety of compounds, but their bioavailability can vary. In addition, the technological properties of the salts of trace elements significantly affect the quality of premixes and feed. The study found that the introduction of the diet of cows during milking selenium-containing feed additive "Tetra +" in a different dosage allowed to increase their milk production, chemical, biochemical composition and technological properties of milk. From these scientific data, we can conclude that the higher biological value characterized milk cows fed with the feed additive "Tetra +".
